There are no water or electrical hookups for trailers and motor homes.

Cold Water Shower Facilities and Portable Toilets will be available.

NO OPEN FIRES are allowed on the grounds. We recommend Coleman-type gas or propane stoves for cooking. We do not allow charcoal grills.

Reasonably Priced Concessions will be available throughout the weekend.

NO PETS OR BIKES ARE ALLOWED

GATES WILL OPEN on Friday at 2:00 pm CDT (no one will be admitted prior to this time).

All groups need to be off the Loucon grounds by noon on Sunday.

In order to show consideration TO OTHERS, the camping area will observe quiet time beginning at midnight each evening. Even normal conversation can prevent others from enjoying a good night's rest. Adults are urged to be responsible for their own groups.

Our Policy requires that all youth under 18 years of age must have adult supervision. There should be 1 adult per 7 youth. No reservation for overnight stay will be issued without the name, address and phone number of an adult contact person.

New Song provides a first aid station. Licensed medical professional will be available. Please have all medical/parental release forms readily available in case of emergency.

New Song is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

Those attending will be required to act responsibly, lawfully, and in a Christ-like manner. New Song reserves the right to expel anyone from the event not following the aforementioned.

During the festival weekend a free will offering will be taken in support of Loucon and its ministries.
