Quadrennial Boundaries/Safe Sanctuaries Training (Aug. '08)

Every clergy person is expected to attend a Boundaries/ Safe Sanctuaries training every quadrennium. In order to accomplish this training will be offered 3 times a year during the upcoming quadrennium. This will allow for the event to be offered in each district over the course of the quadrennium. Golf Scramble-Ky Methodist Children's Home

Each year the Methodist Home holds a charity golf scramble to raise money for our children's needs. Over the years it has grown to over 300 golfers from around the region and spots fill up fast! Many local organizations help us by sponsoring a golf hole for $500. Golf sponsors also are given four golf registrations.We have two tee times:8:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Children's Home Annual Day & Auction

Each year we celebrate the generosity of our donors and the blessings of Kentucky Methodist Children's Home by holding this on-campus event. This event is held by the Friends of the Children Board to raise funds for the residents. This helps to pay for special activities, like school dances, sports team fees and equipment, birthday items, and more fun stuff!
