Friday, December 4

7:00 pm Registration & Gathering Time

7:30 pm Worship with Brian Ferry

8:00 pm Session One with Walt Mueller

10:00 pm Break for the evening (We encourage Church Time for your group to use the information presented and do some strategic planning for your local church ministry.)

Saturday, December 5

9:00 am Morning refreshments and gathering

9:15 am Morning Devo and Worship

9:30 am Session Two with Walt

11:30 pm Lunch with Peer Group

Peer Groupings Will Include:

...those primarily responsible for the youth ministry at their church (paid or volunteer)
...volunteer youth staff (counselors, chaperones, etc)
...youth teachers (Sunday School and/or Small Group Leaders)
...young adult leaders (those working with persons transitioning out of HS and into young adulthood)
...student leadership (depending on what student leaders are there we will divide this group according to grade & interest)
...and if the need arises; Pastors who work with youth

1:00 pm Closing Worship & Challenge with Brian and Walt

3:00 pm Depart to Serve the World
