You MUST make all housing arrangements for your group through the hotels.  The Conference Ministries with Young People does NOT handle housing arrangements, including payments.

To make arrangements for no Kentucky Sales Tax you MUST have a Tax Exemption certificate on file and pay with a church check or establish a church direct bill in advance.

Group Leaders:

Group Leaders are responsible for all actions of their groups.  We will have several young adults from our UM Colleges and Wesley Foundations to help us "enforce" curfew and other appropriate behaviors.  Please make the weekend one to remember for all the right reasons.

Remember that you represent much more than yourselves as you visit Louisville.  Please do everything you can to convey the "light of God" evident in your life at all times.

All students in high school or under the age of 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by an adult chaperone.  Ratio should be no more than 7 students per adult.  One adult per gender and at least one adult in each group should be 25 years-of-age or older.  Each group should have in their possession all permission and emergency medical treatment forms.  You may obtain a sample form at www.theflame.info.
