Advanced Registration is $40.00 per person, POSTMARKED by January 13, 2011. Confirmations will be sent via email to the address given on registration forms. Late registration and at the door ticket prices are $50.00 per person.
There are NO partial fees. Wristlocks will be available to all groups at the registration table inside Broadbent Arena at the Louisville Fair & Expo Center. Refunds can only be given through January 14, 2011.
All students in high school or under the age of 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by an adult chaperone. Ratio should be no more than 7 students per adult. One adult per gender and at least one adult in each group should be 23 years-of-age or older. Each group leader should have in their possession all permission and emergrncy medical treatment forms. Online Registration will be open December 1, 2010 to January 14, 2011. After January 14, you may register at the door for $50 per person.
Each of our Presenters, Main Stage and Crown Plaza, will have promotional materials (CD's, Videos, T-Shirts, etc.) for sale throughout the weekend. The official Winter Blitz 2011 Long Sleeve T-Shirts will be on sale for $15 - Hoodies for $25.
The Fair &Expo Center will have limited concessions available throughout the weekend (including during session times). Food for the weekend is each group's own responsibility. In the packet received at registration, we will provide several area restaurant options.
Parking at the Fair Grounds is $8.00 per vehicle each time through the gate. We have arranged for an unlimited weekend pass for $20.00 per vehicle. These are available ONLY to early registrant groups. If you would like to purchase a parking pass, please send parking monies with your registration form. We will mail all of the parking passes out on January 19th - please be sure that you have put the address where you want these mailed on the registration form. There are NO exceptions! Again - weekend parking passes are ONLY available during PRE-SALE (January 14th DEADLINE) and will be mailed to the address on the regisration form.
