Scripture of the Month
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
(John 1:1–King James Version)

Prayer of the Month
I pray, Lord, that You give me the grace to understand your Word and always speak the truth of your word. May I always have always have the Holy Spirit with me in my daily walk to lead, guide, and direct me. In your Son Jesus’ name. Amen.

Thought for the Month
Look for the good in everyone; you might be surprised at how good it will make you feel.

Senior Ministry Tip
May we not forget that the older adults in our church are the backbone of our walk in faith. They are our teachers, leaders, and examples for us to live by.

June–Do something special for the older adults in your church this month.
Make it a point to shake the older adults’ hand or give them a hug and tell them how much you love and appreciate them for the work they have done in your church and for the Lord.
