AC 2023 Tool Drive for Eastern Kentucky Disaster Response Ministry

June 4-7, 2023

This year, we will collect tools at the Annual Conference to help us build a disaster response tool trailer.

Types of tools needed: small and large construction tools, power tools and hand tools, and tools that can be used for the renovation of homes.

Condition:  New or Used (in working order)

Since the Eastern Kentucky flood of July 2022, we have been building a team within Disaster Response Ministry that focuses on helping flood survivors to recover. This work takes many forms: Disaster Case Management focusing on finding and providing needed resources; Volunteer Management focusing on recruiting and housing UMVIM and other volunteer groups; and construction management focusing on the renovation of homes.

How you can help:

Gifts – support the Disaster Response Ministries of the KY Conference with monetary gifts. Or bring tools that you no longer need and donate them to our ministry. You can bring tools to our table in the display area at Annual Conference.
