Classification: Full Time Department: Treatment Summary of function: The Clinical Directors assure the effective delivery of program and/or treatment services and adherence to the program, agency and regulatory standards.
Organizational Duties and Responsibilities: The Clinical Directors assure the effective delivery of program and/or treatment services and adherence to the program, agency and regulatory standards.
Job Specifications: · At least 21 years of age. · Valid driver's license from state of residence. · Master's Degree in Social Work or related field and be licensed in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). (Maintenance of license is a requirement to hold this position.) · Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in supervising treatment of children with emotional/behavioral problems. · Demonstrated strength in management/supervision of staff.
