Director of Discipleship Position
State Street United Methodist Church is seeking applications for the PART-TIME position of Director of Discipleship. The position is paid hourly with a regular schedule of 20 hours per week.
This person will be responsible for developing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing faith formation and discipleship opportunities for the church. This includes activities such as Sunday School class, small group formation, oversight of Wednesday evening programming, and special church events and celebrations.
This person must possess an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and understanding of United Methodist traditions and beliefs.
A college degree and 2 years of experience is preferred.
