The event is designed for bishops and cabinet members, annual conference Board of Ordained Ministry members, pastors serving in present or future Cross-Racial/Cross-Cultural (CR/CC) appointments, and local church leaders (lay, SPPRC, Church Council) serving in present or future CR/CC appointments.

Pre-event seminars, events begin on May 15.

Register online early and save $50. Online registration begins on Dec. 15 and extends through April 15.
Dec. 15-Feb. 28 (Cost to Register $250)
March 1-April 15 (Cost to Register $300)

The event will be held at the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel for $93 per night (single or double occupancy). Accommodations can be arranged by calling the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel and mentioning the event.
