You need only register for ONE workshop--each workshop offers identical content (though the professionals leading the sessions will vary).

Transportation is available through our church bus ministry for up to 14 people to and from each workshop; please let us know if you'd like us to provide transportation (first come, first served).

1-1:30 Fifth discussion group: How to fall safely (and how to get back up!)
1:30-2 STRETCH: Exercise using resistance band to improve flexibility, balance and strength
2-2:30 Sixth discussion group: “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now”—foot care and shoe choices in preventing falls
2:30-2:45 Bathroom break, survey of “fall proneness” and explanation of follow-up we’ll be doing to see how this workshop helped
2:45-3:30 Cooking demo, nutrition fact sheets, recipes and conversation about how good nutrition can help prevent falls
