Falls Prevention Workshop: "It's A Matter of Balance"

We are pleased to offer, through a Mayor's Healthy Hometown Movement grant, a Falls Prevention workshop that will be repeated six times in early 2009. The program is FREE, and includes take-home materials and a free lunch.

Dates are Saturday, January 24; Thursday, February 19; Saturday, March 7; Tuesday, April 21; Saturday, May 23 and Thursday, June 04 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You need only register for ONE workshop--each workshop offers identical content (though the professionals leading the sessions will vary). Transportation is available through our church bus ministry for up to 14 people to and from each workshop; please let us know if you'd like us to provide transportation (first come, first served).
