The 2019 Eastern Europe and the Balkans In Mission Together Summit will be held here at The Kentucky Annual Conference of The United Church offices in Crestwood, KY (just outside of Louisville, KY)

Join mission representatives from Eastern Europe & the Balkans and across the United States in Crestwood, Kentucky for three days of fellowship, mission partnership talk, and worship together. We will learn about and share together in the work of The United Methodist Church in Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Poland, North Macedonia, and the Czech Republic! There will be time for sharing, learning, strengthening relationships, and working together on mission partnerships across the Atlantic.

The event will begin at 6pm on Thursday, October 24th, and run through 12:15pm on Saturday, October 26th. It will be hosted by the Kentucky Conference Serbia Partnership Team at Camp Kavanaugh & the Kentucky Conference Offices located in Crestwood, Kentucky near Louisville. The event is sponsored by the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church’s In Mission Together program.

Visit the beautiful bluegrass state of Kentucky and connect your participation in this event with visits to friends in the United States or with some great touristic experiences.

The Conference starts on Thursday evening at 6:00pm Oct. 24th and ends at 12:15pm on Saturday Oct. 26th.

The registration fee is $50 an includes meals for Friday and Saturday.  Any surplus will help people from Eastern Europe and the Balkans to attend the Mission Summit.
