Justice for Our Neighbors Informational Session
Do you have compassion for immigrants living in Kentucky?
Is your church interested in learning how to better offer hospitality to the immigrants living in your community?
Do the immigrants in your community need high-quality, low-cost legal services?
Can you imagine your church opening a low-cost legal clinic for immigrants in your community?
Do you have experience with legal services, fundraising, or working with marginalized communities?
Come dream with us! You are invited to an informational session about Justice for Our Neighbors (JFON), a United Methodist ministry of hospitality that welcomes immigrants by providing affordable, high-quality immigration legal services to low-income immigrants, engaging in advocacy for immigrant rights, and offering education to communities of faith and the public. A representative from the national office will join us on Thursday, September 6th to talk about the work of JFON and the process for starting a local JFON site in your community.
