UMCARES, DCOM, MENTOR AND COMMISSIONING TRAININGS - FALL 2017 - Final Schedule
·         Thursday, Sept 7, 2017                  Cynthiana First Church, 302-304 East Pike Street, Cynthiana, KY
·         Thursday, Sept 14, 2017                 Madisonville First UMC, 200 E. Center St., Madisonville, KY
·         Tuesday, Sept 19, 2017                  London First UMC, 301 W. Fifth Street, London, KY
·         Thursday, Sept 21, 2017                Middletown UMC, 11902 Old Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY
 
The schedule for each day will look like this:
·         1:00 pm – 2:30 pm     UMCares Training for District Superintendents, District Admin Assts and/or DCOM Registrars, and Candidacy Mentors (both current and potential)
·        2:30 pm – 4:00 pm      Candidacy Mentor Training (non-UMCares material) – for candidacy mentors and anyone else who’d like to join us
·        4:00 pm – 5:00 pm      Break
·         5:00 pm – 6:30 pm     Commissioning Candidate Information Meeting
·         6:30 pm – 8:00 pm     DCOM “Train the Trainer” meeting for District Superintendents, DCOM Chairs and DCOM Registrars
(You will be given the materials you need to train your DCOM members at a later date. They do not need to attend, unless you’d like for them to be there.)
