Scholarships will be available for three seminarians who will be attending NWCU/UMEIT for the first time. Scholarships are in the amount of $275 and are to be used to cover registration and a portion of other associated costs. Click here, to download a scholarship application.
Scholarship recipients are required to: 1. attend the UMEIT portion of the NWCU, 2. write a short reflection paper on the event with accompanying photos, and 3. turn the paper and photos into jhawxhurst@ocuir.org within 2 weeks of the end of the event.

Since the training event is at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, it would be wonderful for there to be several KY applicants.The conference will offer 2 CEU’s for KY conference members who fully participate.
UMEIT is the United Methodist Ecumenical and Interreligious Training ministry of the Council of Bishops' Office of Christian Unity and Interreligious Relationships (OCUIR). It is composed of laity and clergy of The UMC who are passionate about the work of ecumenical and interreligious ministry.
