Update on the Portland Promise Center Peaceball Project

December 20, 2010

The Promise Center Kid’s have made another cute video to promote their Peaceball Project!

I hope you enjoy this two minute video clip…consider it a Christmas gift from our children.
The Peaceball now weighs over 1000 pounds and looks like a Christmas tree ornament
The youth are hoping you will view the video and be inspired to help. Here is how you can help:

1.       Become a fan of the Peaceball on Facebook and watch it grow
       http://www.facebook.com/reqs.php?fcode=66f7bb210&f=1343743246#!/thepeaceball

2.       Send a donation to the Peaceball project through the Donate Now link on the website: www.peaceball.weebly.com

If you make a donation to the Peaceball project your gift will used to help renovate an old warehouse at the corner of 18th and Portland Avenue.  This building will support our expanding programs and provide space for more creative, community building programs and art projects like this crazy peaceball.
Thanks for your support.  The children and the staff at the Portland Promise Center WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS.
