Help Build a Movement
to Prevent Domestic Violence! 

Organize a Screening for ABC-TV Special
on Intimate Partner Abuse! 

This Sunday, local ABC-TV stations will air "I Believe You: Faith Responses to Intimate Partner Violence," an hour-long documentary on domestic violence and how the faith community is responding. We are urging folks to watch this excellent production that features United Methodist ministries.

The program will air Sunday, January 16, 2011 on WEHT- TV 25 at 11:00 a.m.; and on WHAS - TV 11 at 3:00 p.m. If you don't see your community listed, please contact your local ABC affiliate to encourage it to air the documentary. 

The documentary was produced with the support of The New York Board of Rabbis, United Methodist Women, Presbyterian Women, the Evangelical Church in America, Odyssey Networks, the National Council of Churches and a consortium of Muslim organizations. The music of Janis Ian is featured as a part of this Interfaith Broadcasting Commission's "Visions & Values" series.
