Conference CFA Member Louis Stout Dies

Louis Stout, a member of the Conference Council on Finance and Administration, passed away Sunday morning. In addition to serving on the conference council, Louis was a faithful member of New Zion United Methodist Church in Georgetown. 

He was the first African American commissioner of the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. Here is a link to an article that appeared in the Lexington Herald-Leader:  Former KHSAA commissioner Louis Stout dies.
