Progress Being Made on Kindergarten Building in Honduras

November 09, 2012

The kindergarten in Carnizuelar, Honduras is almost finished. David Sparks and Jennifer Davis were sent these pictures. In January, a United Methodist mission team from Texas will build small tables and chairs for the children and deliver them to the school. That is a ministry that they have done over several years. We will pay for the materials and other supplies for the school to be adequately equipped. The generosity of the Kentucky Annual Conference's laity and clergy have made all of this possible. These young children will have a safe, dry environment to learn and the community will have a place to gather for fellowship and celebrations.
