Robert Gregory Tate

Robert Gregory Tate passed away Feb. 17, 2019.

Gregg was a retired United Methodist minister. He served at Cedar Grove UMC (Shepherdsville), Fern Creek UMC, and most recently once again at Cedar Grove. Other churches that he served through the years were Stevenson Chapel UMC, Russellville; West Side UMC, Bowling Green; Hawesville UMC, Hawesville; Erlanger UMC, Erlanger; and Greenville UMC, Greenville.

He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 42 years, Arlene Bailey Tate, and his father-in-law, Marion (Bud) Bailey.

Gregg’s funeral was held Feb. 21, 2019, at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home with burial following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
